This is Scott, the newest member of the 600° crew, starting as a trainee Pizzaiolo only 3 months ago, not knowing the difference between a potato peel and a pizza peel! 😂
Very quickly he has not only picked up the technical knowledge required right through from the dough calculations to manging a wood fired oven, but also and just as important the passion for producing authentic Neapolitan Pizza! 🍕👌🏼

So proud of the team and what we have achieved so far, there is always room to improve and we strive to keep perfecting our service and product across both the food hall kitchen and the events team, however so far I couldn't ask for more!!

Every day we make at least 50kg of dough and this makes for a happy Pizzaiolo and of course makes it a lot easier when carrying out a deep clean on the mixer.
